FAQS

Orlando Criminal Defense FAQsHow can I get someone out of jail?
In most cases, people will have a bond amount which can be paid either in cash or through a bail bondsman. If there is no bond or if the bond is too high, then the person may request that the Court set a reasonable bond.

How long will my case last?
Most misdemeanor cases typically last for several months. Felony cases can last much longer with the level of severity being a major factor. These estimates are just that – estimates, as some cases may be over in a matter of weeks and some cases can last years.

Do I need to attend my Arraignment?
Although this is a mandatory Court appearance, there is a waiver that we can file as to excuse your attendance.
